Restaurant.NL is the restaurant which belongs to Stenden university hotel, where you can enjoy the New Dutch Cuisine.
The New Dutch Cuisine is sustainable, animal friendly, healthy and contemporary. Fresh vegetables play the leading role. Meat is often used as garnish. Together with international ingredients and cooking techniques this results in rich, tasteful, and very varied dishes. The New Dutch Cuisine uses products from the cold soil, or from the water and the air, from our surroundings and from the season we are in.
The extensive breakfast buffet is not only served for hotel guests. Everyone can make a reservation for breakfast to start the day in a pleasant way. For lunch we welcome you in Brasserie.NL, our new lunch concept. Here you can enjoy a quick and pleasant lunch without having to make a reservation. Also for dinner a reservation is not necessary. All dishes for dinner are composed on the principle of “80% vegetables en 20% meat/fish, this makes 100% taste". The portions are put together that a 4-dish dinner makes a perfect meal.
Restaurant.NL has a capacity of 100 persons in a lunch or dinner setting. A combined setting of sitting and standing tables offers room for up to 150 persons.
