       斯坦德大学酒店提供多种房间,包括可容纳2到265人的会议室。在酒店一层,我们有5个不同面积的会议室。大礼堂的形状类似于剧院,可容纳265人,可以根据需要预定。
















       会议室一共可接受10人预定,而且能为一项可能的活动预留出空间。斯坦德大学酒店根据收益管理原则运作,这意味着会议室收费是根据当天的特殊需求制定的,因此价格每天都会不同。

       斯坦德大学有个会展服务部门,被称为“Stenden MeetingU“,它能帮助客户组织好会议或者活动。

       最好提早与公司商谈会议安排事项,以便谈论活动细节,从而活动组织者能提供有用而及时的建议。这些建议包括选择地点、预定酒店房间、制作预算以及秘书和参 与者的职责。另外,我们的活动组织者也能以专业的水准利用新闻媒体促进活动的举办。如果把这些操作性事务留给我们处理,举办会议的公司就能专心于活动的内 容。

Meeting
Stenden university hotel Leeuwarden has access to multiple rooms, which allow meetings for 2-265 persons. On the ground floor at the hotel you will find 5 meeting rooms with different sizes. The Auditorium has a theatre set-up for maximum 265 persons, which can be booked upon request.


Conference packages can be booked from 10 persons. Next to the packages it is also possible to draw together a tailor made programme with a possible event. Stenden university hotel works according to the principle of Revenue Management, which means that the conference room rate depends on the demand for that specific date and as a result the rates vary daily.


Stenden university has access to a convention bureau, named Stenden MeetingU, which can be very helpful with the organization of your conferences and events.

Stenden meeting u is one of Stenden university hotels'  learning companies’ run by students of the International Hotel Management School, under supervision of Practical Instructors which operates on a professional level in organizing events and conferences for different companies and organizations.


Service and quality are our student’s main priority when organizing an event or conference; therefore one can trust that our students make the best of the event!


It is preferred to meet with a company at an early stage of event planning in order to discuss the details of the event, so that our event planners can provide good and timely advice. This advice could be on the choice of location, the reservation of hotel rooms, making the budget, the secretary and participants’ contribution. In addition, our event planners can also help to professionally deal with means of publication and media for the promotion of the event. If these practical matters are left to us, the company at hand will be able to fully concentrate on the content of the event.


At Stenden meeting u students are prepared as well as possible for future jobs. Students work at management level here. All aspects of the sector are extensively focused on. In their work students are supported by very experienced coaches. This way the students get to know the ins and outs of the conference and events sector at an organizational and executive level.
